RECHARGE PROMO FOR SELECTED SUBSCRIBERS

A BTL recharge promo is designed to entice customers to increase their recharge. The targeted subscribers have been segregated into two segments, based on their usage & recharge behaviors. This campaign is designed to run on daily basis whereby based on their segment, customers will be asked to recharge Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 and in return will be rewarded with 60 and 100 free on-net minutes respectively with same day validity till 23:59:59.

Promotional Offer:
These subscribers will be prompted to recharge Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 on any day within the promo period to win 60 and 100 free on-net minutes respectively with same day validity till 23:59:59.

Business Rules:
·This Offer is only valid for all the pre-paid subscribers who are targeted through this BTL campaign and have received the SMS containing the offer.
  • The validity of the free on-net minutes is 01 day (same day) i.e. starting from the time of Posting/Provisioning of the reward till 23:59:59 hours of the same day.

  • The subscribers will be able to check their remaining Free On-Net Minutes by Dialling *707#.

  • All complaints regarding the promo will be logged under the Retention & Loyalty Promo Complaint work code. Support Centre Team will provide resolution of the complaints within 72 Hours.
Execution Plan:
  • Marketing team will start executing this campaign on Wednesday, September 26, 2012.
·The following SMS Broadcasts will be sent to the targeted subscribers for the promo offers.
