 Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (“PTCL”), part of e& Group (e&), today announced that it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with Telenor Pakistan B.V. (Telenor) to acquire a 100% stake in Telenor Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd (Telenor Pakistan) based on an Enterprise Value of PKR 108 Billion on a cash free, debt free basis.

The acquisition brings together the strengths and expertise of both PTCL Group and Telenor Pakistan, creating synergies that will drive innovation and bolster our market, allowing us to reach a broader customer base and accelerate digital transformation journey. The milestone will add to PTCL’s strategic growth and market expansion, solidifying its position as a key player. Our combined strength will revolutionize the telecom industry in Pakistan.

Easy Email Process Flow

1. User will send SUB to 4141.

2. User will get the message as “Dear Customer, Welcome to Easy Email download services. Please click on the link to initiate process http://203.99.60.222/download/easyemaildownload.php”

3. After clicking on the link mentioned above mobile phone browser will take the user to the Download page and user will be available to download the application.

4. After clicking this icon, the user will be able to view the following Boot up screen.

5. Final Boot up screen will be appearing with the status message “About to start”.

6. Then application starts up with the tabbed menu, displaying the “Inbox”.

7. After this, user first has to register its email account(s) by selecting setup tab and then register button.

8. To register an email account please enters email address and password.

9. After every successful registration application restarts itself to configure new email account settings.

10. To send an email first compose it, by scrolling to compose tab. Select Add “CC/BCC” button to add Cc Bcc and then send by selecting send button at bottom left.

11. Here user can save the composed email as Draft or sent it.

12. And when an email arrives to the mail box it will be shown in the “Inbox”.

13. Now, if the user wants to send the text message within the app, SMS tab will be available for that.

14. Now if the user wants to unregister an email account from the application, user has to unregister its email account(s) by selecting setup tab and then “unregister” button.

15. To unregister completely, user has to input that email address and its password to unregister.

16. In Setup tab there are some more options like Profile settings, Default email address, Updates...

17. Subscription/ Un-subscription can be done in Setup tab from “Subscription status” and “Request Subscription” buttons.
