Addendum:
This addendum is being issued to communicate that the instant rewards will not be applicable to post-paid subscribers. However, post-paid subscribers will be eligible for the bumper prize.

DESCRIPTION:
- Validity of the balance on loading Rs 150 card will be 180 days from the time of loading.
- Subscribers on loading the card will randomly get any one of the above mentioned prizes instantly.
- The validity of the rewards will be 24 hours.
- Available balance on loading Rs 150 card will have no UShare restriction.
- Subscriber will not have to opt in or dial any short code to get the prizes.
- On loading Rs 150 card, subscriber will receive a message from Ufone informing about the details of the instant prize.
BUMPER PRIZE LUCKY DRAW SOP:
1.MIS department/Campaign Management Team will extract the data of eligible subscribers who have loaded 5 or more cards from 28th December 2012 till 31st March 2013.
2.Lucky Draw will be conducted by COPS Campaign Management Team on 5th April 2013 as per following criteria:
a.Subscriber loading 5 cards during the time period will have one lucky draw entry.
b.Subscriber loading 6 cards will have 2 entries.
c.Subscriber loading 7 cards will have 3 entries.
d.The entries will increase as per progression mentioned in items a to c.
3.Campaign Management Team will load the data in Lucky Draw Software.
4.Lucky draw software will randomly generate a list of 25 subscribers.
5.COPS Outbound team will call the short listed subscribers in a sequential order.
6.On successful call setup, verification from the short listed subscriber will be done, whether SIM is in the name of subscriber or not.
7.In case short listed subscriber is unreachable, he/she will try to be contacted 3 times in a span of one hour. After that outbound team will move to the next subscriber in the shortlisted list.
8.First 5 successfully verified subscribers from the list will get the opportunity to travel along with Waseem Akram on a trip to Malaysia.
9.At time of lucky draw for bumper prize, presence of the representatives from following departments will be required.

c.Marketing
